The attachment is in regards to a Structural Change application we’ve submitted to the Province and a Zoning Bylaw text amendment sent to the City.
The hopeful result of these applications will be an increase to our Tasting Room occupancy and our temporary patio becoming a permanent fixture. These improvements will aid with our brewery’s recovery post pandemic and further enhance the experience at Steel & Oak for the community around us.
