Engineering Operations Works Yard, 901 First Street

Hello,

The City of New Westminster is excited to announce our participation in this year’s national Public Works Week festivities! Public Works Day will be held Saturday, May 26th from 12:00 – 4:00pm at the Engineering Operations Yard (901 First Street).
It would be appreciated if you could please share this with your networks as you see appropriate.

This is a truly a unique opportunity for all ages to experience and learn about the work that we do across the City of New Westminster. The event will include interactive displays, demonstrations and tours from departments such as Engineering Operations, Electrical Operations and others. Proceeds from food sales and raffle draws will benefit the Camp Kerry Society. The Camp Kerry Society is a non-profit organization providing retreats, support groups, counseling and education for families coping with grief and loss.

If there are any questions regarding this exciting event please let me know.

I look forward to seeing you all there!

Thank you, Gurtej Tung | Engineering Outreach Coordinator
