ACCESS 2017 NEW WEST ANNUAL CITY REPORT HERE

Good afternoon,

On behalf of City Council and staff, I have the pleasure of sending you New Westminster’s 2017 Annual Report.

I encourage you to take a moment to review our annual report, which highlights the work that was accomplished in New Westminster last year. Council and City staff worked hard with residents, businesses and local organizations to complete many exciting projects in our city and lay the groundwork for future initiatives, many of which are already taking shape around us.

The annual report outlines our accomplishments in 2017, our goals and priorities for the future, as well as detailed financial statements showing how our citizens’ tax dollars are being put to work. We have much to be proud of in New Westminster and I encourage you to share this information.

Please let us know if you would prefer to receive a hard copy of our annual report by emailing finance@newwestcity.ca.

As always, I welcome and appreciate any comments or feedback you may have.

Sincerely,

Jonathan X. Coté| Mayor

We recognize and respect that New Westminster is on the unceded and unsurrendered land of the Halkomelem-speaking peoples. We acknowledge that colonialism has made invisible their histories and connections to the land.
