The outage will affect the areas highlighted in yellow on the map below:
The power outage is required to allow for the installation of the new Metro Vancouver sewer force main which includes the relocation of existing underground electrical ductbank and cables. Much of the work has been completed in advance without interrupting service; however, it is necessary to disconnect the power for safety reasons.
