We are writing to provide a construction update for the Fraser Grain Terminal Export facility at 11041 Elevator Road, adjacent to Fraser Surrey Docks.

What to expect
Starting 8 April and continuing until October 2019, we will be conducting intermittent noisy work assembling steel grain bins. Nearby businesses and residents may experience an increase in the noise of air tools which will be used to bolt the bins together. Our goal is to minimize disruption as much as possible and conduct activities during the port authority’s approved hours of construction: 7:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m. Monday to Saturday (excluding statutory holidays).
Neighbours may also notice an increase in traffic on roads near the Project site through July 2019:

• Trucks transporting concrete, gravel and construction materials will access the Project site

• All trucks accessing and exiting the site will use designated truck routes

• The Project will monitor traffic and respond to Project-related congestion in a timely manner

We are committed to keeping our neighbours informed about construction activities and responding in a timely manner to questions and concerns.

Kind Regards,
