The QUAYSIDE COMMUNITY BOARD (QCB) is comprised of one delegate and one alternate from all residential buildings in the geographical location known as ‘Quayside' in New Westminster, BC, Canada.
In December 2024 the Board adopted new governing principles and procedures which can be viewed here.
