Every two years, Metro Vancouver prepares a Biennial Report summarizing progress to date. You are invited to provide comment on the report, either by attending the Utilities Committee meeting on September 14, 2017 or by providing written comment.

To speak at the Utilities Committee meeting, apply by August 31, 2017.
